Honey Juicy Chicks

Preparation time: 2hours 5 mins, includes marinating duration

Cooking time: 15 mins

Boneless chicken drumsticks/ thighs - mix with chili powder, salt, pepper, thyme & honey. Marinate for 2 hours.

Spray oil lightly on a grill pan. Pan grilled chicken over medium heat for about 2-5 minutes on each side or longer if you prefer drier meat. Flip occasionally to prevent honey from burning.  

While chicken is on the grill, prepare asparagus, peas, french beans & mushrooms. Toss with salt, ground black pepper & olive oil. Set aside for at least 5 minutes.

Once chicken is cooked, dump all veggies into the same grill pan. Shake or toss pan content lightly from time to time. Veggies should be cooked yet still crunchy in about 2 minutes. But if you prefer soft & soggy veggies, simply leave them in the pan longer.
